This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the main contact for parents through phone, text, and email.
• Deliver prompt, compassionate, and professional replies to inquiries and concerns from parents.
• Manage incoming calls and follow-ups (approximately 180 calls each month).
• Coordinate and relay parent requests, feedback, and updates to the internal care team.
• Maintain precise records of interactions and updates within internal systems.
• Ensure parents receive clear information and support throughout their journey.
• Handle multiple conversations and tasks concurrently while upholding a high standard of service.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service (required).
• Demonstrated experience with phone-based customer interactions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• A neutral or easily understandable accent is preferred.
• High level of empathy, with the capability to communicate with care and patience.
• Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, communication-rich environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory.
• Automated decision tools may be utilized during the hiring process.
