Experienced Spanish Interpreter – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Deliver precise, consecutive interpretation primarily in medical environments.

• Enable essential communication in social services and financial settings.

• Initially centered on OPI, with a transparent path for progression into VRI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in remote medical interpretation.

• English Proficiency: At least C1 fluency is required. Valid certifications from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE are accepted.

• Medical Interpretation Certification: You must present evidence of medical interpreter knowledge obtained within the last 12 months. Accepted certifications include: ALTA Spanish fluency with a minimum score of 9, and LanguageStat (PICSI) with a passing score of 75–80%.

• Core Skills: Thorough understanding of medical and customer service terminology is essential.

• Compliance: You must currently possess, or be willing to acquire, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications.

• Background Check: Willingness to successfully complete a standard background check via email is required.
