This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Generate quotes and sell insurance products to prospective clients
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Evaluate clients' insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations
• Clearly communicate policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and required paperwork
• Accurately process policy modifications, endorsements, and claims
• Remain informed about industry trends, regulations, and policy changes
• Work together with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions of policies
• Must hold a valid Texas Property and Casualty resident insurance license
• Currently residing in Texas
• At least 1 year of experience in external Insurance Sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient analytical abilities for data evaluation and decision-making
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in external Insurance Sales
• Preferred: Extensive experience in community networking, building referral partnerships, and lead generation
