Estimate Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the quality of estimates reviewed and/or created by the Claims Force team remains consistent.

• Conduct accurate and timely reinspections of estimates and documentation utilizing technology platforms.

• Concentrate on audits of estimates, documentation, and commentary for specific job types.

• Record findings and communicate effectively with Claims Force leadership and franchisees.

• Mentor team members and franchises on areas to enhance their estimating and documentation performance.

• Work collaboratively with carrier contacts to maintain alignment with contract and guideline standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in insurance claims or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in industry estimating, estimate review, or estimation.

• Xactimate and/or Cotality Level 1+ certification is required.

• Must currently hold IICRC WRT, ASD, and FSRT certifications.

• Possess expert-level knowledge and demonstrated performance excellence within the insurance industry.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Forms, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
