This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support tax and wealth management teams with estate planning on a non-exclusive basis.
• Receive referrals from Legal Directors to deliver estate planning services to clients.
• Engage with clients virtually or in-person to assess their estate planning requirements.
• Prepare estate planning documents utilizing personal methods or established templates.
• Keep abreast of the most recent state laws.
• Manage an existing portfolio of clients: Households with average assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
• Must hold a license in the specified state.
• Entry-level attorneys are welcome to apply.
• Capable of conducting client meetings virtually, but must also be available to meet clients for document execution oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative and creative mindset.
• Ability to take the lead and make decisive choices.
• Proficient in time management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative abilities to transform ideas into actionable strategies with the assistance of tax, business, and financial advisors.
