Especialista Workplace – Windows, macOS, Citrix VDI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage Workplace platforms

• Oversee software distribution and patch management

• Provide support for Windows, macOS, and Citrix VDI

• Troubleshoot complex incidents and coordinate escalations

• Participate in modernization and automation projects

• Manage software assets (SAM) and technical documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Workplace Enterprise environments

• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Citrix VDI

• Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and SAM

• Experience in software distribution and patch management

• Ability to resolve complex incidents and work independently
