This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• **Leadership in Manufacturing Processes:** Responsible for implementing business processes on the **MES** platform, focusing on shop floor operations (Production, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance) that span industrial units and their integration with the supply chain.

• **Functional Detailing and Architecture:** Define solutions aligned with the **Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM)** architecture, detailing functional requirements of the MES and ensuring that the system configuration supports optimal technical execution in the production environment.

• **Cross-Functional Vision and Industrial Synergy:** Analyze existing production processes in plants to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement of OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), and synergies among different production lines.

• **Team Coordination:** Integrate various fronts to ensure process cohesion between the **MES** and the corporate ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow with **SAP S/4HANA (PP, MM, QM, EWM)** and connectivity to the shop floor (Automation).

• **Agile Navigation:** Operate among squads, value streams, and chapters, removing obstacles and maintaining the product vision.

• **Stability of Production Operations:** Structure support and governance processes for Industrial IT that ensure production continuity and real-time data integrity post-implementation.

• **Root Cause Problem Solving:** Identify and rectify operational bottlenecks and systemic failures in the MES, directly interacting with users (operators/supervisors) and Tech specialists.

• **Quality Assurance:** Create and implement rigorous testing plans, ensuring total traceability and compliance with industrial standards throughout all development stages.

• **People Development:** Mentor and collaborate with less experienced colleagues, driving deliveries and the technical growth of the team.

• **Continuous Improvement:** Foster product evolution through constant feedback and adoption of industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Technical Experience:** Solid background in development and customization on MES platforms.

• **SAP Integration:** Practical experience in data flow between **SAP S/4HANA** and **MES** (orders, inventory, and confirmations).

• **Process Vision:** Mastery of industrial flows (shop floor) and ability to design processes in BPMN.

• **Projects:** Participation in at least **2 complete implementation cycles** (from requirements gathering to Go-Live).

• **Languages:** **Intermediate English** (essential for technical and global interface).

• **Soft Skills:** Proactive profile with excellent communication skills to mediate needs between IT and Operations (factory).
