This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the focal point for auditing within the Technology area, orchestrating requests for internal, external, and regulatory audits.

• Coordinate and monitor the response to audit requests, ensuring deadlines, quality, and traceability of deliverables.

• Collect, organize, and validate control evidence with the responsible areas.

• Support GAP assessments and evaluate the adherence of controls to frameworks and regulatory requirements.

• Consolidate findings, recommendations, and status updates for technical teams, managers, and the Digital Security Directorate.

• Define, negotiate, and track action plans until the closure of non-conformities.

• Act as a link between business areas, technology, auditing, and other stakeholders.

• Promote continuous improvement of controls and strengthen compliance in Information Security.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience in compliance, audit support, internal controls, or GRC in technology environments.

• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and COBIT.

• Experience in managing evidence, assessing controls, and tracking action plans.

• Familiarity with LGPD and regulatory requirements applicable to the retail sector.

• Strong articulation and communication skills across multiple areas, with organization and attention to detail.

• Certifications such as CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CRISC, or CISM are a plus.
