Especialista DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize AWS environments, ensuring availability, performance, scalability, and security;

• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines with automated testing integration and DevSecOps practices;

• Develop automations and scripts using Python, Go, or similar technologies;

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation;

• Support the adoption of GitOps with tools like ArgoCD and Flux;

• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex issues related to infrastructure, networks, and security;

• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations, including LGPD and ISO 27001;

• Collaborate with Engineering teams to foster an agile culture, teamwork, and continuous improvement;

• Implement observability practices using metrics, logs, tracing, and alerts;

• Define and monitor availability and reliability indicators (SLA, SLO, and SLI);

• Implement incident mitigation strategies, including Chaos Engineering and Fault Injection Simulation (FIS);

• Support FinOps initiatives by optimizing cloud costs through tagging, budgeting, and consumption tracking;

• Contribute to the security of pipelines using tools like SonarQube, Snyk, and Trivy;

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with AWS (infrastructure, networks, security, and storage);

• Advanced knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and AWS CloudFormation);

• Experience with GitOps and managing versioned environments;

• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker, including orchestration, scalability, and troubleshooting;

• Experience with observability and monitoring in distributed environments;

• Background in CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins;

• Strong expertise in Python, Go, and Ansible for automation;

• Experience with FinOps strategies and cost optimization in cloud environments;

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills in critical environments;

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;

• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or similar);

• Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD);

• Red Hat certifications;

• Experience with Serverless and AWS Lambda;

• Experience with event-driven architectures;

• Familiarity with advanced SRE practices (Error Budgets, reducing toil, and operational reliability);

• Knowledge of Service Mesh (Istio);
