This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Definition of the product infrastructure in accordance with architectural guidelines;

• Ensuring the resilience of the environment;

• Alignment and oversight of SLIs, SLAs, and SLOs;

• Troubleshooting application infrastructure (knowledgeable, participative, and proposes solutions);

• Assists in application troubleshooting upon developer request;

• Directs solutions for monitoring, logging, and automation;

• Documentation of product infrastructure;

• Participates in and understands the capacity and cost of the infrastructure;

• Analysis of application trends;

• Guides new product solutions;

• Engages in POCs and testing of new solutions;

• IAC: Infrastructure as Code;

• Deploys/Creates cloud infrastructure (Azure, OCI, AWS, and GCP);

• Requests and monitors requests to on-premises infrastructure teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;

• Practical experience in developing technical solutions aligned with the specific technologies of the position;

• Ability to understand system architectures and apply them effectively and strategically, focusing on performance, scalability, and alignment with business objectives;

• Knowledge of distributed architecture, virtualization, and/or Cloud;

• Familiarity with Linux operating systems;

• Experience in operating Cloud environments – Azure, OCI, AWS, and GCP;

• Knowledge of Docker/containers;

• Familiarity with Kubernetes;

• Understanding of messaging systems: Kafka and others;

• Knowledge of DevOps culture concepts;

• Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, and others);

• Expertise in process automation using market automation tools: Ansible / Terraform;

• Proficiency in Shell Script to assist with automation and solution building;

• Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and metrics analysis;

• Experience with observability models focused on business, emphasizing strategic and operational indicators.
