ERP/SAP Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate SAP business transformation initiatives from start to finish.

• Ensure programs are delivered successfully within budget, on schedule, and meet quality standards.

• Lead and inspire teams spread across various geographical locations, including multiple vendors and complex client organizations.

• Create and enforce well-organized program delivery frameworks.

• Partner with IT, business, and change management teams to guarantee program success.

• Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a comprehensive business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.

• Have significant proven experience (10 years or more) in client-facing consulting or contracting roles.

• Demonstrated track record in project and program delivery across numerous full lifecycle SAP programs, including large-scale, multi-country roll-outs for ECC and S/4 HANA.

• Experience in collecting, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences.

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities in the country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), with a willingness to travel for project-related purposes.

• Capable of leading teams to prepare extensive proposals and program plans, leveraging differentiators (e.g., specific consulting frameworks).

• Ability to articulate value-based propositions, manage program financials, and lead proposal presentations to create compelling offerings for clients.

• Experience in global delivery and collaboration with offshore resources.

• Background in mentoring and coaching consulting professionals.
