ERP Technical Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in requirements collection and design workshops with clients to gain insights into their ERP/ECM content management requirements.

• Evaluate current client content architectures, data models, and source systems to facilitate effective migration and integration strategies.

• Plan, implement, and oversee content migrations from outdated ECM platforms (e.g., OpenText, FileNet, etc.) to contemporary repositories (e.g., Box, SharePoint Online, etc.) utilizing d4i.

• Extract, transform, and load both structured and unstructured content while ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.

• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration quality assessments.

• Diagnose and resolve migration or integration challenges with minimal disruption to business operations.

• Provide updates on migration progress, risks, and key performance indicators to project leadership.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to reusable migration methodologies.

• Configure and deploy d4SAP solutions in alignment with customer business processes.

• Assist in implementations across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including ArchiveLink and associated document management scenarios.

• Present solution walkthroughs and demonstrations to clients during the implementation phase.

• Aid in go-live activities and offer post-implementation support as required.

• Develop and maintain both technical and functional documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• BSc/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in client-facing consulting or delivery roles.

• Experience in ERP and ECM implementation, migration, and/or integration.

• Experience in presales support, including demonstrations and technical Q&A.

• Possess an ownership mindset; accountable for results.

• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with customer interactions effectively.

• Eager and quick to learn new platforms and methodologies.

• Capable of managing multiple workstreams within active projects.

• Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
