ERP SAP Consultant, PP, QM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the complete life cycle of SAP S/4HANA implementations in the domains of Production Planning & Manufacturing Execution / Quality Management.

• Assessing business needs, identifying applicable SAP functionalities, and applying best practices.

• Organizing, preparing, and conducting Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops.

• Designing solutions and adopting improvements for identified gaps and business processes.

• Ensuring successful system implementation alongside near-/offshore team members.

• Acting as a strategic partner for the client while managing project responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in this field.

• At least 2-5 complete project lifecycles of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM.

• In-depth knowledge of Production Planning & Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management processes, with the capability to translate business needs into system design specifications.

• Experience with S/4HANA projects and/or relevant certification.

• Ideally, have experience with international template rollout projects.

• Possess a comprehensive business skill set that encompasses stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.

• A higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and effectively communicating data and information to diverse audiences.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication abilities in the official language(s) of the country (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).

• Willingness to travel as required for project-related activities.
