ERP SAP Consultant, PP, QM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the complete life cycle of SAP S/4HANA implementations in the domains of Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management.

• Assessing business needs, recognizing applicable SAP features, and leveraging best practices.

• Organizing, preparing, and conducting Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops.

• Designing solutions and implementing improvements for identified gaps and business processes.

• Collaborating with near-shore and off-shore teams to ensure effective system implementation.

• Acting as a strategic partner for the client while managing project responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with at least 2-5 full project lifecycles in SAP PP and QM.

• In-depth knowledge of Production Planning and Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution or Quality Management processes, along with the capability to convert business requirements into system design specifications.

• Experience with S/4HANA projects and/or relevant certification.

• Ideally, experience with international template rollout projects.

• A strong business skill set that includes stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.

• A higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficient in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and conveying data and information for diverse audiences.

• Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication abilities in the country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency).

• Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
