ERP SAP Consultant, FI/CO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the complete life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA specifically in SAP Finance and/or Controlling.

• Assessing business requirements and pinpointing relevant SAP capabilities along with best practices.

• Organizing, preparing, and conducting Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops.

• Designing solutions and adopting measures for identified gaps and business process enhancements.

• Ensuring system implementation in collaboration with nearshore and offshore team members.

• Acting as a sparring partner for the client while managing project responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Have 3-5 full project lifecycles of experience in SAP FI/CO /FSCM.

• Extensive knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes, with the ability to convert business needs into system design specifications.

• Experience with S/4HANA projects and/or relevant certification.

• Preferably have experience in international template rollout projects.

• Hold a higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experienced in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and conveying data and information to diverse audiences.

• Possess a comprehensive business skill set that includes stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities along with strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential.

• Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
