This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, test, and support software applications including reports to fulfill operational requirements.

• Detect, troubleshoot, and rectify invalid data resulting from system errors, user input, or programming problems to maintain data integrity and reliability.

• Design, code, test, and implement software applications according to business specifications.

• Revise and enhance existing programs to improve functionality and resolve any issues.

• Design and generate reports utilizing Report Writer tools.

• Work alongside stakeholders to collect, analyze, and refine system requirements.

• Monitor and address support issues, provide timely updates, and ensure appropriate prioritization.

• Review, test, document, and implement approved configuration changes, keeping accurate tracking records.

• Identify and rectify data errors while examining their root causes.

• Adhere to established protocols for software modifications and releases.

• Complete mandatory safety and compliance training programs.

• Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

• Over 7 years of experience with Epicor Eclipse, utilizing Solar and eTerm.

• More than 7 years of experience with Eclipse Basic or a similar programming language.

• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service, including managing difficult issues with professionalism.

• Experience collaborating directly with software vendors for debugging, enhancements, and tracking defects/enhancements.

• Capability to provide prompt resolutions to change control, system updates, and break/fix issues.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and cross-functionally with other business units.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities.
