This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Evaluate clinical and operational processes to discover areas for enhancement within EPIC/Cerner systems.

• Set up, test, and sustain modules in EPIC/Cerner in alignment with business and healthcare needs.

• Work collaboratively with clinicians, stakeholders, and IT teams to convert functional requirements into system solutions.

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, documentation, and create functional specifications.

• Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and assist with go-live activities.

• Diagnose system issues, assess root causes, and coordinate solutions with technical teams.

• Maintain data integrity, system performance, and adherence to healthcare regulations (HIPAA or equivalent).

• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization projects.

• Offer training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users.

• Engage in change management processes ensuring accurate documentation of system modifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 4–6+ years of experience with EPIC and/or Cerner systems.

• Profound understanding of healthcare workflows (clinical, financial, or operational).

• Experience in system configuration, testing, and implementation.

• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR is an advantage).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and juggle multiple priorities.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1) is required.

• Prior experience working with U.S. clients is essential.
