Entry Level Customer Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in gaining confidence and making informed decisions

• Respond to inquiries regarding 401k account balances and facilitate withdrawals

• Support account maintenance and offer educational resources

• Engage in training to become a Financial Customer Associate

• Handle customer calls to improve and refine your skills

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service

• A High School diploma or GED is mandatory
