• Oversee and manage the delivery of technical services for large and intricate accounts.
• Lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of various solutions.
• Offer strategic support in business and technology to your clients.
• Document and comprehend the current and desired states, business objectives, and challenges of customers.
• Act as the sole point of ownership for technology solutions and coordinate global resources.
• Establish and maintain effective governance practices and procedures.
• Cultivate productive customer relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Manage lifecycle activities to ensure technical documentation is up-to-date.
• Formulate recovery strategies to satisfy customer RTO/RPO requirements and conduct regular testing.
• Identify and manage service/relationship risk areas and take appropriate mitigation steps.
• Contribute to the renewal of expiring contracts.
• Engage in engineering initiatives necessary for developing new capabilities.
• Identify sales opportunities and work collaboratively with Account Executives.
• Achieve or surpass SLA targets.
• Create content and effectively lead Monthly Service Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of professional IT experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an Enterprise-focused TAM role, with demonstrated experience in Solution Architecture and customer-facing service delivery within complex environments.
• Preferred technology certifications, such as MCSE, CCIE, RHCE, VCP, CCDP, Cloud, etc.
• At least one professional certification (e.g., ITILv3, TOGAF, PRINCE2, etc.), or equivalent skills and experience.
• Functional knowledge and experience in the following areas: Windows Server Virtualization, including VMWare & Hyper-V.
• Networking expertise, including routing and switching, security, and firewalls.
• Experience in storage and backup services/administration.
• Understanding of database concepts, including data models and data flows in complex multitier database and application environments.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux.
• Knowledge of BCP and DR scenarios/solutions.
• Familiarity with multi-tier application architecture design.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
• Ability to train customers on the use of systems and software.
• Must be legally authorized to work without the need for visa sponsorship.
