Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to improve the technical components of the sales process.

• Engage directly with technical representatives from our clients and potential clients to deliver customized support and design solutions.

• Develop persuasive technical demonstrations that effectively convey the value proposition of our product.

• Produce technical enablement materials that enhance the effectiveness and technical proficiency of our sales team.

• Design self-service tools and documentation that enable customers to implement solutions on their own.

• Discover opportunities to productize standard integration patterns or features, collaborating with our product teams to bring these ideas to fruition!

• Have a passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.

• Relish the opportunity to work closely with customers, iterating on solutions and offering personalized support.

• Possess a knack for recognizing patterns that can be standardized and scaled.

• Exhibit strong empathy towards customers, sales, and product teams.

• Hold a solid technical background to assist customers in architecting integrations between our solutions and their existing systems.

• Experience in customer interaction is beneficial. Engagement in student clubs or side projects is acceptable, provided there is an interest in technical collaboration with customers.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Python, including a comprehensive understanding of software development, software architecture, and prevalent integration patterns.

• Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.

• Ideally, the candidate should be located in São Paulo, Brazil.
