Enterprise Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives to grasp customer needs and create tailored technical solutions.

• Convert business goals into technical specifications and solution designs.

• Lead engaging demonstrations and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to effectively illustrate the advantages of the CodeRabbit platform.

• Assist in addressing security questionnaires.

• Consistently provide feedback and work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to resolve customer issues, focusing on enhancing the product experience.

• Keep updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-driven development tools and platforms.

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal tools and the documentation of playbooks, guides, and best practices.

• Facilitate the transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

• Experience collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, ranging from technical teams to business leaders.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple customer demands at once.

• Extensive experience with software development tools and platforms.

• Comfortable utilizing the command line.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and a desire to learn new skills and tackle new challenges.

• Willingness to elevate the knowledge and skills of colleagues through mentorship, training, and shadowing.

• Fluent in the French language.
