• Serve as a trusted advisor to assist prospective customers in effectively implementing Ashby.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to define and design implementation strategies for intricate enterprise opportunities.
• Convert prospective customer requirements and limitations into a customized path to go-live, which includes an implementation strategy, success milestones, and necessary service offerings to support the customer.
• Align with customer stakeholders (including executives) on desired outcomes, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Develop, negotiate, and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) that adhere to Professional Services best practices and accurately reflect the required scope, effort, and sequencing.
• Engage in the Sales handoff to ensure a smooth transition of recommendations and expectations to the post-sales team.
• Ensure consistency between pre-sales commitments and post-sales execution by participating in kickoff calls for customers with complex or highly customized recommendations.
• Recognize patterns across opportunities (what succeeds, what fails) and leverage these insights to enhance our Enterprise Sales approach in collaboration with Leadership.
• Improve the timing and manner of service introduction and scoping within the sales cycle.
• Contribute to playbooks, frameworks, and resources that enhance our sales and service delivery processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS in areas such as Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or Management Consulting.
• Strong capability to assess business processes and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals that involve significant implementation components.
• Comfort in collaborating with both pre-sales and post-sales teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing executives and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Strong judgment and ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and operational feasibility.
• You will have the time to perform tasks properly; we prioritize high-quality work and strive to avoid quick fixes whenever possible.
• You will be promoting a product that genuinely excites our prospects and customers.
