This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
⢠Actively engage in Zipās sales initiatives by aiding in customer-facing discussions, effectively performing discovery, showcasing our solutions, addressing inquiries, and overcoming objections to help prospects recognize the value of choosing Zip.
⢠Take ownership of responding to customer inquiries, including follow-up questions, demonstrations, RFx, and IT security questionnaires.
⢠Create and customize demos that align with customer needs.
⢠Lead, define, and collaborate with Post-Sales to deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs).
⢠Collaborate with the Sales team to meet our sales targets.
⢠Work with Post-Sales Solutions Consultants to ensure customers enjoy a smooth transition from sale to onboarding, clearly communicating their needs and objectives while setting proper expectations for successful delivery.
⢠Provide feedback to assist in our growth and evolution regarding processes and products.
⢠Over 8 years of experience in a solution-selling environment or a similar role with transferable skills.
⢠Proven experience selling to Fortune 500 clients and engaging with cross-functional decision-makers, including C-level executives.
⢠Strong solution-selling capabilitiesāable to communicate the value of software solutions to clients, with a focus on how a solution addresses core customer pain points in a distinctive manner.
⢠Familiarity with the procurement and billing/AP domains.
⢠Excellent discovery abilitiesācapable of guiding customers through targeted discussions to uncover pain points, value, and our route to sales success.
⢠Understanding of key software integration principles, including integration platforms and APIs.
⢠Possesses a strong solution-oriented mindsetāfocused on helping customers visualize how our solution meets their needs.
⢠Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues.
⢠Self-motivated and quick to understand new technologies.
⢠Fluency in German (C1/C2 level or native proficiency) is essential, as this role will involve close collaboration with German-speaking customers and stakeholders throughout the DACH region.
