Enterprise Sales Agent – Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provides quotes and successfully closes leads.

• Maintains relationships while advising clients on various policy benefits.

• Customizes insurance packages to suit specific requirements.

• Handles both inbound and outbound sales calls.

• Monitors client data utilizing the Salesforce CRM system.

• Interacts with pre-qualified prospects.

• Builds and sustains a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation efforts.

• Evaluates client needs and suggests appropriate insurance products and coverage options.

• Clearly explains policy features, benefits, and terms to clients.

• Accurately processes applications, renewals, and policy modifications in a timely manner.

• Keeps precise client records and tracks interactions using CRM or agency management systems.

• Achieves or surpasses monthly and annual sales goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred) or the ability to pass the state licensing exam upon hiring.

• Demonstrated experience in inside sales or the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of the sales process and client management is essential.

• Experience in managing customer relationships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
