Enterprise Data & AI Orchestration Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Participate in technical discovery and in-depth discussions with leaders in enterprise technology.

• Provide expert advice on enterprise AI, data platform architecture, and orchestration frameworks.

• Assist in validating architectural choices for XData and orchestration-layer proof-of-concepts (POCs).

• Evaluate client proposals to ensure that the suggested solutions are both technically feasible and realistic.

• Offer guidance on MLOps, observability practices, AI evaluation, and governance for production AI.

• Contribute to thought leadership efforts, including the creation of technical content, delivering conference presentations, or providing market insights.

• Aid Xenon7 in identifying risks, trade-offs, and best practices for designing AI solutions in complex enterprise settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced academic credentials in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or a related discipline; a PhD is preferred, though a Master’s degree will also be considered.

• Extensive hands-on experience in constructing enterprise data platforms within intricate, multi-system environments.

• Significant experience with production AI/ML systems, including MLOps, observability, evaluation frameworks, and AI governance.

• Familiarity with agentic or GenAI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or other similar technologies.

• Capability to provide advice to senior technical stakeholders, including CTOs, CDOs, data leaders, and platform engineering teams.

• Strong architectural insight, with the ability to discern what is technically feasible, scalable, and ready for enterprise implementation.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Microsoft AI ecosystem tools such as Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, or Copilot Studio.

• Bonus: Experience with enterprise data/AI tools like Snowflake, Databricks, MLflow, Kubernetes, Airflow, dbt, or similar technologies.
