This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will develop and maintain a comprehensive cloud architecture strategy based on Microsoft Azure.
• You will design and implement integration solutions using Azure Service Bus for messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Your responsibilities also include the conception, implementation, and introduction of API management solutions for the secure and scalable provision of APIs.
• You will initiate and accompany AI activities – both internally and in our customer projects – integrating CoPilot Agentic AI into business processes to automate and optimize workflows.
• You will take charge of the architecture for relational and NoSQL databases, including their scaling.
• You will ensure compliance with architectural principles, security policies, and compliance requirements.
• You will act as an advisor to project teams and stakeholders on architectural decisions and best practices.
• You will work closely with our DevOps team to optimize our deployments.
• You will create architecture blueprints and roadmaps and ensure accurate documentation.
• You hold a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification – or you have acquired your expertise through other means.
• You bring several years of experience as an enterprise architect or in a similar role.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure (particularly with Azure Service Bus and API Gateway/Azure API Management) as well as microservices architectures, event-driven design, and integration patterns.
• You are familiar with the integration and utilization of CoPilot Agentic AI technologies.
• You have experience with database architectures (SQL, NoSQL) and data governance.
• You are knowledgeable about modern security concepts (OAuth2, JWT, API security) as well as CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform).
• You are communicative, present yourself confidently at decision-maker levels, and work independently and customer-oriented.
• You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
