• Manages the complete process of reviewing and drafting customer or legal agreements.
• Prepares, assesses, and revises customer agreements.
• Collaborates with Sales and Sales Operations Teams on RFP, RFI, and bid submissions.
• Serves as a liaison with the Corporate Legal Department concerning legal agreements.
• Monitors and maintains the existing agreements database, alerting owners to updates.
• Ensures adherence to compliance obligations associated with customer agreements.
• Works closely with the sales team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Engages in special projects and undertakes additional duties as necessary.
• Generally, 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 4 years of experience without a degree.
• Higher education or professional certification is advantageous.
• Professional expertise with an understanding of industry standards and company policies and procedures.
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
• Strong capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Developing proficiency with tools, systems, and processes.
• Outstanding planning, organizational skills, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to oversee smaller projects.
