This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and/or update dashboards in Power BI that enhance management of contingency topics (e.g., Monitoring the Maintenance Plan for Contingency Assets, Pump Performance Testing, Simulation Schedule, among others).

• Manage training related to contingency, seeking new opportunities and content to share.

• Support planning and monitor simulated exercises in Operational Units.

• Suggest actions to improve leadership knowledge regarding the ICS – Incident Command System.

• Oversee the implementation of contingency recommendations arising from process risk analysis studies and other inspections/diagnostics.

• Assist in the development and/or revision of Emergency Response Plans (PRE) for the refining park, gas processing, DTEN, and LCM units of PETROBRAS, as well as PRE-SOs, Local Plans, and PROs.

• Provide engineering safety support on matters related to emergency preparedness and response.

• Assist in the review of procedures and standards related to contingency management.

• Deliver presentations such as SMS RAC, Subcommittee, among others, on contingency topics.

• Monitor the implementation of contingency recommendations stemming from process risk analysis studies.

• Audit the compliance of protective barriers identified in process risk studies (APR, HAZOP, LOPA, and AQR).

• Oversee internal and external audits at the refining park, gas processing, DTEN, and LCM units concerning contingency.

• Support the data entry process in internal systems (InfoPAE, action plan system, SERP, iRISCO).

• Train professionals for accessing contingency-related systems (e.g., InfoPAE, IAP System, among others) and make necessary adjustments to the systems.

• Provide support for PAGSMS audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of integrated management system standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.

• Functional knowledge of SAP ERP or computerized anomaly recording systems.

• NR-20 certification.

• ART for the position and function pertaining to this service role.

• 7 years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services.

• Degree in engineering with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Safety Engineering.
