Enfermeiro Auditor – Retrospectiva

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct retrospective audits of hospital and outpatient accounts entirely remotely;

• Analyze medical records, billing, and expenses using the Facplan system;

• Assess the technical validity of charges for materials, medications, daily rates, and fees;

• Prepare analytical reports and technical opinions related to completed retrospective audits;

• Engage in the analysis of appeals for denials (when applicable to the retrospective flow).

⛳️ Requirements

• Active CNPJ with CNAEs: 86.50-0-99 or 86.60-7/00, excluding the MEI model;

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing;

• Active and regular registration with COREN;

• Strong experience in retrospective health auditing (medical accounts);

• Familiarity or previous experience with the Facplan system;

• Proficient in computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, and internet;

• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams remotely;

• Knowledge of ANS regulations and market domain tables (CBHPM, Brasíndice, Simpro, etc.);

• Postgraduate specialization in Auditing (preferred);

• Experience with health plan operators or hospitals.
