This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across various sectors.
• Convert intricate HR business needs into scalable SAP EC solutions.
• Set up and enhance Employee Central modules such as Position Management, Global Assignments, and Time Off.
• Partner with clients to establish and document HR processes and system requirements.
• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Assist with data migration, testing, and cutover planning.
• Collaborate closely with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity with payroll, benefits, and third-party systems.
• Offer post-go-live support and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Profound knowledge of HRIS and cloud-based HCM solutions.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is highly valued.
• Strong capabilities in business process mapping and functional documentation.
• Experience in configuring, testing, and deploying EC modules.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to lead workshops and present solutions to senior HR and IT stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for HR technology and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Work with SAP’s latest cloud technologies such as S/4HANA, BTP, and Joule.
