Employee Central Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the solution design and architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and related projects.

• Convert business and HR requirements into effective, scalable SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.

• Provide functional leadership throughout project lifecycles, encompassing design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Configure and implement essential HR processes, including organizational structures, employee data, workflows, and business rules.

• Offer guidance to clients on best practices, standard functionalities, and optimization strategies for SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Collaborate with technical teams on integration, data migration, and reporting needs.

• Mentor and support consultants within the SuccessFactors practice.

• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery governance to ensure successful project outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.

• Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, including core HR, workflows, and data models.

• Experience in consulting or project-based delivery environments.

• Capability to lead solution design workshops and confidently engage with senior client stakeholders.

• Additional experience with other SuccessFactors modules or integrations is highly valued.

• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly preferred.

• Must be eligible to work in Australia or New Zealand without requiring sponsorship.
