eLearning Content Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop innovative eLearning materials, such as videos, self-paced courses, practical labs, and product showcases.

• Consistently review and refresh the current learning library to incorporate the most recent product modifications and enhancements.

• Assist in the upkeep and progression of BigID University’s certification programs to guarantee thorough and high-quality assessments.

• Utilize generative AI technologies to streamline brainstorming, drafting, scripting, and course development processes.

• Ensure that all training resources comply with established standards for clarity, precision, and brand alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in creating highly technical software training content or instructional design for enterprise B2B SaaS solutions.

• Fundamental knowledge of data architectures, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), data catalogs (e.g., Databricks), or principles of data security/privacy (PII, GDPR).

• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Evolve), LMS systems, and digital media applications (Camtasia, Synthesia).

• Demonstrated ability to incorporate generative AI tools into the content development process to enhance production efficiency.

• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration abilities; capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a relevant technical field (equivalent professional experience is also appreciated).
