eLearning Content Creator, Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with educational planning and other team members to create unit plans and captivating lessons.

• Design and produce original course content, including written lessons and video lectures.

• Create and draft unique materials to evaluate student progress, from beginner to mastery, particularly quizzes and assignments.

• Assess materials developed by other team members to ensure quality and consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant degree, MA or PhD, or practical experience in one of our subjects or as an instructional designer.

• Ideally, you have a background in developing engaging e-learning courses and/or teaching.

• Ability to explain complex concepts to an audience with limited knowledge.

• Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets) and eager to learn our online platform.

• Self-driven, aligned with our vision of equal access to education, punctual with deadlines, and prepared to attend online meetings.

• A team player: able to communicate your progress effectively and recognize the importance of collective effort for success.
