This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Configure Epic modules (such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, Orders, MyChart, Willow, Cadence) to ensure alignment with clinical workflows.

• Create and uphold Epic build documentation, which includes configuration specifications, testing protocols, and change logs.

• Conduct system, integration, and user acceptance testing for updates to configurations.

• Diagnose and resolve issues within the Epic application, escalating to Epic technical services when necessary.

• Assist with go-live activities and support stabilization efforts post-go-live.

• Develop and sustain reports and dashboards using tools like Reporting Workbench, Radar, or Crystal Reports.

• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to convert workflow requirements into system configurations.

• Oversee system maintenance, including version upgrades and routine updates.

• Work in partnership with training teams to facilitate end-user enablement and documentation.

• Ensure that system configurations comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, Meaningful Use).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Epic EHR administration.

• Current Epic certification in at least one major module (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, Orders, Willow, Cadence, MyChart).

• Experience in supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives.

• A solid understanding of clinical workflows (ambulatory, inpatient, or revenue cycle).

• Familiarity with Epic reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, Clarity/Caboodle, or Crystal Reports).

• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS, Meaningful Use).

• Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging clinical and technical teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• This role will involve entering client environments with minimal ramp-up time.
