This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Enhancing e-invoicing and global supply chains by planning, coordinating, and technically executing e-invoicing and EDI projects on our cloud platform.
• Engaging in global communication with our partner companies, customers, and their suppliers.
• Serving as the liaison between our customers, their ERP systems, and our SaaS platform.
• Onboarding new customers (following the handover from Sales) and independently advancing your integration projects.
• Acting as a collaborative partner for our customers and addressing their technical challenges.
• Taking proactive measures to guarantee the success of each project.
• Coordinating mappings for e-invoicing and EDI integration in collaboration with the document engineering team for your integration projects.
• Promoting the assessment and adoption of new tools and processes for the project while managing the workflow.
• Several years of professional experience in e-invoicing and/or EDI.
• Proficiency in integrating ERP import and export interfaces based on XML, CSV, and IDocs.
• Experience with EDI onboarding, EDI service providers, and Value Added Networks (VANs).
• Familiarity with national e-invoicing mandates across the globe.
• Comprehensive knowledge of standard EDI and integration formats such as XML, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and VDA, along with EDI protocols like AS2, OFTP2, or PEPPOL.
• Excellent communication abilities in both English and German.
• Expertise in project management, supply chain management, and/or logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and a preference for working independently.
