eCommerce Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the Director of eCommerce and Web Services in daily operations

• Create new online retail platforms

• Maintain and update existing online retail platforms

• Liaise with clients regarding their accounts

• Provide assistance in various areas of the eCommerce Department as required by business needs

• Establish client accounts within Shopify

• Create product listings in Shopify

• Oversee digital inventory, which includes adjusting inventory levels and managing spreadsheets and other inventory management tools

• Achieve eCommerce sales objectives by collaborating with internal teams

• Ensure the functionality of the webstore by working closely with clients

• Foster a safe, respectful, and efficient working environment

• Consistently perform job duties while minimizing quality control issues

• Keep a clean and hazard-free workspace through contributions to housekeeping

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• An Associate's degree or higher is preferred

• Proficiency in using Shopify, Shipstation, or comparable shipping/fulfillment software

• Familiarity with Google Sites, particularly Gmail, Google Sheets, and/or Excel

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional phone etiquette and internet proficiency

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• High standards of work ethic and self-motivation

• Willingness to learn about Something Inked products

• Keen attention to detail

• Experience with Photoshop is preferred

• Prior experience in Shopify and/or HTML/CSS coding and development is preferred

• Familiarity with implementing Shopify Apps is preferred

• Specialization in front-end UI/UX design is preferred
