
District Sales Leader – Mobile C-Arm Image Guided Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.
• Drive the Philips Mobile C-arm (MOS) business towards sustainable profitability.
• Oversee and manage all facets of the MOS business within the designated territory.
• Lead a team comprising MOS Key Account Managers, Inside Sales Account Managers, and Demo Specialists.
• Collaborate with the team to establish zone strategies and formulate business plans.
• Create executive communications to update on business performance.
• Manage pricing and discount strategies to enhance business outcomes.
• Spearhead the business forecasting process on a quarterly and monthly basis.
• Ensure proper allocation of demo specialists to promote clinical acceptance.
• Coordinate with the project management and clinical education teams for effective implementation.
• Work alongside the service team to swiftly address customer concerns.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare equipment sales and/or account management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Capital Equipment sector and the surgical market.
• Experience in people and matrix management.
• Strong business acumen.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
