This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• A senior leader tasked with leading data-centric initiatives for the Practice, ensuring the effective implementation and adoption of data solutions for our industrial clientele.
• Act as a representative for Nagarro in industry forums and security leadership communities.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts by developing persuasive data solution proposals and accurately estimating project workloads.
• Engage with clients across various levels to comprehend their data-related challenges and communicate complex technical solutions clearly.
• This encompasses leading technical discussions, conducting discovery workshops, and delivering client presentations.
• Quickly grasp the client's business to pinpoint the AS-IS process or system, subsequently collaborating with the team to establish a TO-BE process or system.
• Driven by a passion for innovation and thought leadership, staying updated with emerging data technologies, trends, and best practices, with the ability to foster innovation within the data field.
• Capable of defining and articulating a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives and provides a competitive edge for our clients.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor by demonstrating the ability to guide, mentor, and technically direct multiple data engineering and data science teams, nurturing a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Must exhibit stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to make and effectively communicate decisions.
• Must possess the ability to navigate disagreements, address opposition or rejection, manage conflicts arising from multi-stakeholder requirements, and build consensus.
• Experience in delivering digital projects for clients in two or more of the following sectors is highly desirable: light engineering, machine manufacturing, metals, aerospace, building materials, food & beverages, chemicals, consumer goods, and construction.
• Total experience of 17+ years.
• Ability to own and expand the cybersecurity practice on a global scale.
• Capability to define strategy across various domains: cloud security, application security, IAM, GRC, SOC, and data security.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and enhancing market positioning.
• Ability to collaborate with verticals to generate pipelines and promote security-led deals.
• Experience in shaping large deals by integrating security into transformation programs.
• Ability to lead proactive pitches, assessments, and proposals for security transformation.
• Must possess client engagement and market presence, acting as a trusted advisor to CXOs on cybersecurity strategy and risk.
• Ability to drive AI integration in cybersecurity (threat detection, automation, SOC optimization).
• Capability to establish security measures for AI systems (model security, data protection, adversarial risks).
• Develop differentiated offerings (Zero Trust, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, Managed Security).
• Ability to create accelerators for security assessments, compliance automation, and threat intelligence.
• Build a robust cybersecurity talent pool across offensive, defensive, and governance domains.
• Drive certifications and advanced skill development initiatives.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality service delivery across engagements.
• Establish governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Must possess outstanding communication skills, with the capability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
