This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

• Oversee and coordinate OTR truck operations, guaranteeing timely pickups and deliveries.

• Supervise shipments and actively address service challenges to ensure freight continuity.

• Engage with drivers about routes, appointments, delays, and operational updates.

• Allocate load assignments and enhance driver efficiency.

• Monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) and ensure compliance with ELD regulations.

• Collaborate with customers, brokers, and carriers to provide shipment updates and tackle operational issues.

• Keep precise load data and documentation within the TMS.

• Support drayage operations as necessary, including coordinating port appointments and container movements.

• Address service failures and deliver prompt solutions to reduce disruptions.

• Work alongside internal teams to guarantee smooth daily operations.

• A minimum of 2 years of dispatch experience in the trucking/logistics sector.

• Robust knowledge of OTR dispatching.

• Drayage experience is advantageous.

• Proficiency in using a Transportation Management System (TMS); familiarity with PortPro, Trillium, or Geotab is highly desirable.

• Practical experience with ELD platforms like Samsara, Motive, or comparable systems.

• Experience in dealing with customers and freight platforms such as Amazon, CH Robinson, Uber Freight, or similar services.

• Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and transportation compliance.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to multitask and make decisions in a dynamic environment.

• Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
