This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• The Director collaborates with a team of highly skilled Advisory consultants to enhance performance in the healthcare sector.
• This role primarily entails executing billable work for clients.
• Lead by driving engagement results, managing client relationships, overseeing engagement resources, developing client deliverables and solutions, implementing strategies, managing risks and issues, handling project logistics and economics, as well as supporting business development initiatives.
• This position is responsible for overseeing projects of varying sizes and durations, ensuring accountability for result quality, project profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide consulting services while supervising, mentoring, and fostering the development of staff.
• Act as a subject matter expert on projects as necessary.
• Engage in sales and business development efforts, including sales calls, RFP responses, oral presentations, and preparation of statements of work.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships across all levels of the client organization.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree (Required).
• Ability to coordinate and deliver effective presentations (both verbal and written) to client audiences, communicating project outcomes, recommendations, and strategies.
• Capability to oversee and assure the quality of analytics, as well as mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables.
• Skill in relating to clients and team members in a collaborative and effective manner.
• Proven ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in a specific area of knowledge (i.e., Subject Matter Expert).
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations (clinical, support, or operations), Strategic Planning, or Decision Support Analytics Management Consulting.
• Strong qualitative analysis and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Master’s Degree; RN or other professional license in a clinical area of expertise; PMP/Lean Certification.
