This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee comprehensive strategic pursuits for large, intricate, multi-service opportunities.
• Drive the pursuit strategy across various domains including sales, consulting, delivery, finance, legal, alliances, and executive leadership.
• Influence client perceptions early in the sales cycle to shape deal positioning prior to formal procurement processes.
• Identify and enhance competitive advantages against global systems integrators and consulting firms.
• Formulate winning strategies based on client business drivers, transformation goals, and stakeholder motivations.
• Facilitate executive alignment regarding pursuit direction, messaging, pricing strategy, and commercial positioning.
• Develop compelling, audience-focused messaging for strategic pursuits.
• Simplify complex technical and operational capabilities into business-relevant outcomes.
• Craft engaging executive summary narratives that link transformation initiatives to measurable business value.
• Create distinctive Points of View (POVs) that influence how clients view business challenges and opportunities.
• Guide teams in producing persuasive presentations, workshops, proposals, demonstrations, and executive briefings.
• Ensure message consistency across all client-facing materials.
• Mentor pursuit teams and executives on effective communication in high-stakes situations.
• Organize solution alignment sessions and strategic storyline workshops.
• Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter experts to streamline complexity while maintaining credibility.
• Ensure that evidence, case studies, proof points, and transformation outcomes bolster strategic positioning.
• Maintain quality control over messaging, narrative structure, and executive readability.
• Analyze competitor positioning, messaging strategies, and market narratives.
• Develop pursuit positioning that distinguishes beyond technical capabilities and pricing.
• Recognize strategic messaging opportunities based on shifts in the industry, AI transformation trends, evolving operating models, and business disruptions.
• Over 10 years of experience in strategic pursuits, bid leadership, enterprise sales support, consulting, or transformation strategy.
• Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar technology or business transformation pursuits.
• Demonstrated success in supporting or leading enterprise deals within large systems integration organizations.
• Experience in creating executive presentations, strategic proposals, or transformation narratives.
• Proven ability to lead highly matrixed teams under tight deadlines.
• Experience in supporting oral presentations, client workshops, and strategic pursuit meetings.
