📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, design, and development of the fundamental pentest execution, orchestration, and data infrastructure.

• Direct four engineering teams tasked with constructing and expanding the platform systems.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Proactive Offense, and GTM teams to establish platform requirements.

• Guide technical leads in the creation of resilient, distributed systems.

• Work across engineering, product, and GTM to ensure the platform roadmap aligns with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience in leading and scaling engineering teams focused on platform or infrastructure development, preferably in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage setting.

• Robust technical background in distributed systems, platform architecture, and large-scale automation, along with hands-on expertise in system design, orchestration, data pipelines, or infrastructure automation.

• Proven track record of bringing platform or infrastructure products from concept to market, including making architectural decisions, creating POCs, and executing production launches at scale.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
