Director – Offensive Security, Red Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic leader in shaping FICO's proactive security stance across Red Teaming, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Hunting.

• Take ownership of the offensive security strategy from start to finish.

• Lead the emulation of sophisticated, real-world adversaries to uncover hidden risks.

• Assess defensive measures and provide actionable intelligence.

• Convert emerging adversary tactics into quantifiable enhancements to FICO's defenses.

• Ensure the organization upholds a resilient security posture against advanced persistent threats.

• Supervise the planning and execution of realistic, multi-stage attack simulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in offensive security.

• Proven leadership skills in managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams.

• Practical experience as a Red Teamer.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for Red teaming.

• In-depth knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI security, and operating system internals.

• Proven experience in leveraging automation and AI to enhance offensive teams.

• Advanced industry certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, or CISSP are preferred.

• Strong ethical judgment and the ability to adapt in high-pressure situations.
