📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing organization within DevOps, IT, and Security sectors.

• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps that align with corporate goals, technological priorities, and regulatory frameworks.

• Foster a culture driven by results, emphasizing measurable outcomes, operational excellence, and ongoing enhancement.

• Collaborate with senior leadership (VP+) to ensure alignment on long-term strategies.

• Oversee and guide the architecture of DevOps.

• Promote the adoption of contemporary DevOps methodologies, focusing on developer self-service capabilities.

• Guarantee high availability and disaster recovery features across all systems.

• Enhance cost efficiency, performance, system resilience, and developer productivity.

• Manage IT operations including end-user support, device management, SaaS administration, and corporate systems.

• Ensure the delivery of efficient, secure, and scalable IT services throughout the organization.

• Standardize processes, implement necessary tools, and automate for improved quality and efficiency.

• Own and enhance the organization's security posture.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and internal policies.

• Lead initiatives in risk management and vulnerability management.

• Collaborate with product engineering teams to integrate security practices into their workflows.

• Report essential metrics (e.g., core infrastructure uptime, security posture, incidents).

• Utilize data to foster continuous improvements.

• Identify and address complex operational and technical challenges independently.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to support organizational initiatives with a positive approach.

• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and constructive communication across departments while advising on infrastructure, IT, and security issues.

• Establish clear priorities that are in line with departmental and company strategies.

• Mentor and develop both contributors and leaders.

• Provide consistent, actionable feedback and manage performance effectively.

• Encourage a structured, results-driven approach to work across teams.

• Act as a role model in problem-solving, collaboration, and conflict resolution.

• Anticipate staffing needs and advocate for headcount, providing justifications, job descriptions, and executing hiring practices within the Technology department's framework.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in DevOps, IT, and/or Security roles, with a proven track record at a director level or above.

• Demonstrated success in leading and expanding multi-functional teams (DevOps, IT, Security).

• Extensive expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and infrastructure as code.

• Strong knowledge of security posture frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices.

• Experience in managing complex systems and addressing moderate-to-high complexity operational challenges.

• Ability to operate with significant autonomy and drive strategic initiatives from conception to execution.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven experience as a people manager and growth facilitator.

• Preferred - Experience in regulated sectors (e.g., fintech, healthcare, or similar).
