This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Oversees a team of Customer Value Architect professionals in executing account onboarding and establishing customer success strategies.
• Collaborates with direct sales leaders and teams to ensure the CVA group is enhancing sales growth within both existing and new accounts.
• Encourages and manages the creation of competitive business proposals for the company's product offerings.
• Ensures the CVA team performs business value assessments to illustrate ROI and financial impacts.
• Motivates both the team and themselves to proactively identify and address risks related to customer success and value realization.
• Responsible for the CVA team’s initiatives in promoting additional Falcon Flex consumption within a specified sales territory.
• At least 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive industry knowledge and insight into a customer's decision-making process, objectives, strategies, and business goals.
• In-depth functional expertise in sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle pertaining to security software solutions.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to calculate and articulate ROI metrics.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex customer relationships.
