📋 Description

• Managing all facets of the company's compliance program

• Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of integrity

• Crafting, executing, and upholding compliance policies and procedures

• Leading investigations and documentation processes for HIPAA violations

• Supervising and managing payor audits and exclusion reporting for third-party vendors

• Chairing the internal Compliance Committee and partnering with various teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a compliance role

• In-depth regulatory knowledge across CMS programs, HIPAA/privacy regulations, state managed care requirements, and healthcare fraud/waste/abuse laws

• Experience in scaling compliance operations within a startup or rapidly growing healthcare setting

• Operational knowledge of clinical, care management, and data exchange processes prevalent in value-based care organizations

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory documents, design controls, and assess data sets for compliance discrepancies

• Expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) systems and tools
