This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Work collaboratively with client teams and external vendors to create and execute impactful digital fundraising and membership campaigns that foster engagement and generate revenue.
• Act as the primary project manager to guarantee that tasks are completed according to the message, within the timeline, and within budget.
• Oversee the intricate details involved in launching a digital campaign, identify challenges, propose solutions, and provide updates as necessary.
• Organize and participate in internal and client meetings to discuss the creative strategy for direct marketing campaigns.
• Create creative briefs, campaign reports, and budgets for all digital initiatives related to clients.
• Suggest strategies for list segmentation and list hygiene for all email marketing efforts.
• Execute email marketing campaigns as required.
• Partner with the paid media team to initiate and manage digital advertising campaigns.
• Oversee the internal Avalon review process and ensure quality control measures are in place.
• Collaborate with clients, account teams, copywriters, designers, and vendors to ensure alignment on job specifications, including strategy, schedule, and execution.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes, identify essential insights, and prepare comprehensive campaign reports.
• Assist in the daily management of client relationships.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital fundraising (agency experience is preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to analyze online fundraising metrics and extract significant insights from them.
• Proven project management experience with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with email platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Comfortable and confident presence in virtual meetings; able to engage participants remotely.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new skills while on the job.
• Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred but not essential.
