Digital Marketing Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• **Tasks you can expect to undertake:**

• - Configure advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads/Google Ads;

• - Participate in meetings to improve processes that can enhance marketing activity outcomes;

• - Prepare marketing reports;

• - Communicate with course producers, copywriters, and designers, providing them feedback on the quality of advertising campaigns;

• - Send out Email newsletters;

• - Conduct A/B testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Skill set necessary for effective task execution:**

• - A conscious desire to grow in the marketing field;

• - Proficient in English at a B2+ level;

• - Analytical mindset and experience working with spreadsheets;

• - Propose unconventional ideas, find solutions, and take responsibility for them;

• - Comfortable with multitasking.

• **Preferred qualifications:**

• - Experience with Facebook Ads/Google Ads;

• - Understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, ROI, ROAS, CAC, etc.).
