This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Regional marketing and GTM initiatives
• Plan and implement regional marketing programs in alignment with business objectives, target segments, and market needs
• Coordinate the launch of new products, campaigns, and marketing initiatives within the assigned region
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop marketing recommendations
• Collaborate closely with sales teams and Account Managers to support pipeline development and accelerate deals
• Identify opportunities for marketing support in late-stage sales funnel deals and facilitate their successful closure
• Analyze and document the contribution of marketing activities to deal development and closure
• Create case studies of successful deals demonstrating the impact of marketing on achieving business results
• Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for key regional accounts
• Develop and implement personalized marketing activities at various stages of the customer journey
• Work with sales teams to identify priority opportunities and support strategic accounts
• Plan, organize, and coordinate the company's participation in regional events, conferences, and industry gatherings
• Ensure effective interaction between marketing and sales before, during, and after events
• Coordinate logistics, content creation, and follow-up activities to maximize event outcomes
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and their impact on the pipeline and revenue
• Prepare regular reports on regional marketing results and key performance indicators
• Provide analytics on the market, competitors, and trends in the assigned region
• Maintain data accuracy and proper attribution of marketing activities in the CRM system
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in regional or field marketing
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Experience working closely with sales teams to support the development and acceleration of the sales pipeline
• Experience in Life Sciences, SaaS, or complex B2B solutions is a plus
• High level of self-organization and responsibility: ability to independently manage marketing initiatives from concept to results
• Understanding of marketing business goals and the ability to link marketing activities to their impact on the company's pipeline and revenue
• Skills for effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and global marketing teams
• Strategic thinking and the ability to proactively identify new growth opportunities for the region
• Strong communication skills: ability to timely inform about risks, propose solutions, and maintain regular communication with stakeholders
