• Spearhead the development and management of impactful content and social media strategies that engage audiences and establish authority for clients.
• Oversee and enhance comprehensive marketing campaigns, from paid advertisements to email automation, ensuring that every interaction is crafted to convert interest into revenue.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights by tracking KPIs and campaign performance to adjust strategies and maximize ROI in real-time.
• Collaborate with leadership as a strategic partner, optimizing marketing operations and creating the frameworks necessary to support rapid growth and excellence within the agency.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and the ability to align creative content with business objectives.
• Proficient in the modern marketing stack, effectively navigating CRM systems, ad management tools, email automation platforms, and AI-driven creative applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every caption, graphic, and email is polished, professional, and consistent with brand identity before public release.
